EXCHANGES & RETURNS FOR ONLINE ORDERS

Thank you for your order. Change and return requests about domestic orders are accepted on condition that the return packages are delivered to our official address within 14 business days upon the delivery of the order.

The international orders are also accepted if the return package is arrived to our official address within 14 days. Kindly note that the return shipping fee must be paid by you for the international orders. The faulty product inquiries should be notified to us in written from 'Returns' section below within 2 days from delivery.

You can deliver your exchange & return requests via the related 'Send a Request' button below, or simply send an e-mail to returns@naiaistanbul.com.

Please note that the legal responsibility of the packages are yours until they are safely delivered to us. All products should be returned without a fault, with their original packaging and accessories, and in the same condition as they are sent in order to exchange & return requests to be acceptable. We kindly remind you that the products without the 'Product Safety Note' will be assumed as 'used', which means the legal waiver of the right of withdrawal, thereby these exchange & return requests will not be approved.

Lastly, the special orders cannot be changed or returned.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

If you decide to request an exchange, you need to deliver the unused product to us within 14 business days, and inform us about the item / size you wish to exchange via the message box below (Click the 'Send an Exchange Request' button).

Please don't forget to include your four digit order number to your message.

HOW CAN I SEND THE EXCHANGE PRODUCT TO YOU?

For domestic orders, we kindly request you to go to the nearest office of our contractual courier companies and deliver the package to them by telling the related code below for FREE DELIVERY . If you would like to send the package with another courier company, please note that you'll need to pay for the shipping in advance.

For international orders, as it stated above, its your responsibility to deliver the products to us safely. Kindly note that you should pay for the shipping in advance.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGED PRODUCT?

After you send the exchange package to us, you need to make sure that it is delivered to our office. Upon delivery, we ship all exchanged products within 7 business days.

RETURNS

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you wish to return a product, you need to deliver the unused product to us within 14 business days, and simply inform us about the products you would like a refund via the message box below (Click the 'Send a Return Request' button).

Please don't forget to include your four digit order number to your message.

At this point, we wish to say that it's incredibly important for us that you love our products, therefore, we kindly ask for your feedback along with your request. Thus, maybe we can help you in a different way.

Also, we would like to remind you that you have a right to exchange your product with another size or item. Kindly see the 'Exchanges' column for detailed information.

WHEN I GET MY REFUND?

After you send the return package to us, you need to make sure that it is delivered to our office. Upon delivery, we refund all accepted requests within 10 business days.

Our team will be sending you a detailed e-mail for the situations that your request is not accepted.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS FOR TRENDYOL ORDERS

Kindly note that we can not receive your exchange requests for your Trendyol.com orders, and all return processes are also handled by their own system. You can always contact Trendyol Customer Services for more information.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS FOR THE SHOWROOM PURCHASES

For showroom purchases, in principle, the returns are not accepted. On the other hand, the exchange requests should be submitted to us via the 'Send a Return Request' section above, or simply by sending an e-mail to returns@naiaistanbul.com ; and the exchange products should be delivered back to us within 8 days upon the purchase.  All rules about the 'Product Safety Note's are applicable about the exchange processes.

*The 2 (two) days inspection time and your other consumer rights about the faulty and defective products are reserved.

CANCELLATION OF UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS

All cancellation requests about your paid orders should be submitted to us via the 'Send a Return Request' section above, or simply by sending an e-mail to returns@naiaistanbul.com
